Following graduation, she spent 15 years in Dallas building extensive experience in commercial property management. During that time, she oversaw asset performance, tenant relations, budgeting, and financial operations across diverse real estate portfolios, developing a reputation for thoughtful oversight and results-driven leadership.
After a successful career in Dallas, Kathleen returned to her hometown of Tyler, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge and a practical, strategic approach to business and financial operations. With a strong foundation in financial oversight and operational efficiency, she contributes valuable insight, organization, and discipline skills to the Ivy Wealth team.
Outside of professional pursuits, Kathleen enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband are the proud parents of two boys who keep them busy with sports and a variety of extracurricular activities.
